Who can take part in Power Hours?
Our services are for young women aged 18 to 30 living in England or Wales. If you are a trans woman or identify as non-binary and comfortable being supported by a women’s service, we’re happy to help you.
We encourage those who face the biggest challenges with money, jobs, and unpaid work to sign up. This includes working-class women, racially marginalised young women, and disabled young women.
