International Women’s Day

Celebrate the power and promise of women this International Women’s Day.

Young women are being held back by inequality, discrimination, sexist attitudes – and right now, by the struggle to get by from day to day. Imagine what more young women could achieve with all their potential.

Why not support a young woman you know by supporting Young Women’s Trust this International Women’s Day and beyond. Take a look below at how to get started.

What is International Women’s Day?

International Women’s Day (8 March) is a global day recognising the achievements of women and calling for women’s equality.

It is important to get involved with Young Women’s Trust because they do care, they listen to and address real concerns that young women are affected by. They commit to doing whatever they possibly can. They involve young women directly rather than just speaking on their behalf. They make good things happen for young women.
