    You can use this form to sign up for free coaching sessions, feedback on your CV or both.

    Work It Out is for women aged 18 to 30 living in England or Wales.

    We welcome all young women, including trans women. If you identify as non-binary and are comfortable being supported by a women’s service we are happy to help you.


    Filling in this form

    To complete the form we'll need your email address and some other information so we can contact you. We will also ask for some information about you so we can find out more about the young women we are supporting.

    It should take you around 15 minutes to fill in the form. It has 4 sections. You can save part way through and come back to it later if you want.

Coaching

You can have up to 6 free sessions with your coach. Your coaching sessions will be over the phone, but can be arranged to be delivered over email or WhatsApp if that’s better for you.

Our coaches can help with anything from interview preparation to planning your next steps in life.

  • CV feedback

    We'll ask you to tell us a bit about you and what jobs you want to apply for to help us give you personalised feedback.

    You will need:

    1. Your CV as a Word or PDF document
    2. Your cover letter or application form as a Word or PDF document (optional)
    3. A link to the job you are applying for (optional)

    We will ask you to upload your documents in the next part of the form. If you don't have them with you now, don't worry, you can submit the form and send your documents later.

    Please send your documents as PDF, .doc or .docx files. Those are the document formats most employers will ask you for too.

2 Support details

Coaching


In this section, we will ask you some questions to help set up your coaching sessions.


Write 2 or 3 sentences about you and how a coach might be able to help. So for example, you might say: I am currently unemployed, I have anxiety and I want to speak to someone about my mental health and being more confident in job interviews.

Your sessions with your coach will be over the phone, but can be arranged to be delivered over email or WhatsApp if that’s better for you. You can speak to your coach in the day, evening or at the weekend too.

We have 24 coaches working with us at Young Women’s Trust. They are all qualified professionals who are friendly, flexible and ready to support you.

We offer a free interpreter service for over 100 languages, including Arabic, Urdu and Welsh.
